Now you have a Genie!

DGT Limited has maximised the use of new tools available in the 32-bit operating systems. We have implemented the Windows-2000 character "Genie" and have fine-tuned this leading edge technology so that the user can have in-house tuition whenever needed; this feature has always been a favourite!

The technology employs several 3rd parties, (and we ask you to kindly give recognition to these talented people!), displayed on the individual read-me files as the Components are installed. Please also respect that these licenses are subject to the application, and should not be modified in any way.

If you are running any DGT product, then license is granted for you to download and install the files no charge, and see how we have managed to:

1. Capture the characters and expressions of Microsoft's Genie.
2. Maximise the use of coordinates to point and explain areas of the program, with CapeSoft's coordinating template.
3. Convert the text to speech by using The Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice Text-to-Speech Engine.

The Genie text and coordinating files are installed when you install the program (Presidio 5 Enterprise has the most recent) and can be updated from time to time.

Just download the three files below to install the Genie.

Genie.exe + MSagent.exe + tv_enua.exe

The predefined calls to these engines, are already in your program. Once you install the three small exe's, the program will automatically display the Genie wherever the sequence set (wording, gestures and coordinates) is applied.
